Červar-Porat is located in the City of Poreč, in Istra County at an elevation of one meter above sea level and it covers the area of 0.42 km² (0.16 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 529 inhabitants. It is largely populated by Croats (83%), but also Serbs (4%) and Italians (3%). Nearby places: Črvar, Bašarinka, Vabriga, Cancini, Kukci, Frata, Rošini, Stranići kod Nove Vasi, Tar and Mihatovići.
