Brest Pod Učkom is located in the municipality Lupoglav, in Istra County at an elevation of 818 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 13.71 km² (5.29 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 58 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (95%), but also Serbs (5%).
