Vladušić families are usually Croats and they are mostly from Split , rarely Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Split and Zagreb. In Gornji Jelovac in Bosnian Krajina every third inhabitant had the family name Vladušić.

About 170 people with faimily name Vladušić live in Croatia today, in 80 households. They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 17 cities and 15 other places, mostly in Srinjine (50), Split (45), Zagreb (15), Porec (<10), and in Valpovo (<10).
