They are located in four Croatian counties, in 7 cities and 6 other places, mostly in Otok in Sinj area (40), Split (10), Osijek (10), Zagreb (<5), and in Klis in Solin area (<5).

At least nine families with this surname emigrated from Croatia to the United States (8) and Germany (1). Family name Vladova is present in 22 countries on four continents.
