In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Banja Luka Region, Bosnia (Laktasi area). In Riječani in Banja Luka Region (Bosnia) every third inhabitant had the family name Revaj.
Prevalence
Only a few people with faimily name Revaj live in Croatia today, in two households only. There were 0 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number remains constant. They are located in two Croatian counties, in one city and another small place , mostly in Zagreb (<5) and Jelsa on the Island of Hvar (<5).
