Trivunović families are almost entirely Serbs and they are mostly from western Bosnia , rarely Croats. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Middle Bosnia (Travnik area) and in Bosnian Krajina (Teslic area). In Bijelo Bučje in Middle Bosnia every third inhabitant had the family name Trivunović.
Prevalence
About 150 people with faimily name Trivunović live in Croatia today, in 60 households. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number multiplied. They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 15 cities and 20 other places, mostly in Rijeka (10), Ogulin (<10), Hrkanovci Djakovacki in Djakovo area (<10), Beli Manastir (<10), and in Tenja (<10).
