Trbić families are mainly Serbs and they are mostly from Vinkovci area , but often Croats (from Sisak ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Osijek and Sisak.
Prevalence
About 80 people with faimily name Trbić live in Croatia today, in 50 households. There were 150 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in 10 Croatian counties, in 12 cities and 11 other places, mostly in Bijelo Brdo in Vinkovci area (30), Sisak (10), Zagreb (<10), Velika Gorica (<10), and in Hvar on the Island of Hvar (<5).

Family name Trbić (including: Trbic , Trbich ) is present in 11 countries on four continents. The family name "Trbic " is used by small number of people in the United States , small number in Australia , and small number of people in Canada.
