They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 13 cities and 15 other places, mostly in Vratisinec in Mursko Sredisce area (15), Kozarac in Beli Manastir area (10), Osijek (10), and in Miklavec (10) and Sivica (10) in Mursko Sredisce area.
Outside Croatia
At least four families with this surname emigrated from Croatia to: the United States (1), Germany (1), Austria (1), and to Australia (1). Family name Slamek is present in four countries on two continents.
