They are only located in in 6 Croatian cities and 5 other places, mostly in Smokvica on the Island of Korcula (65), Zagreb (15), Lumbarda on the Island of Korcula (<10), Rijeka (<10), and in Dubrovnik (<10).
Outside Croatia
At least seven families with this surname emigrated from Croatia to: Australia (5), the United States (1), and to Austria (1). Family name Salečić (including: Salecich , Salecic ) is present in three countries on two continents.
