About 10 people with faimily name Rotta live in Croatia today, in 8 households. There were 60 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased significantly. They are only located in two Croatian cities and two other places, mostly in Pula (15), Bale in Rovinj area (<5), Vodnjan in Pula area (<5), and in Barban in Labin area (<5).
