In Croatia, Manjarić families are Croats (from Daruvar area ), barely Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Karlovac and Pakrac. In Vukmanić in Karlovac every twentieth inhabitant had the family name Manjarić.
Prevalence
About 60 people with faimily name Manjarić live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 60 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number remains constant. They are located in 10 Croatian counties, in 10 cities and 13 other places, mostly in Karlovac (10), Sirac in Daruvar area (<10), Novoselec in Ivanic-Grad area (<10), Mihaljevci (<10), and in Zagreb (<5).
