Lolić families are frequently Croats and they are mostly from Djakovo area , less frequently Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Split and in Djakovo area.
Prevalence
About 380 people with faimily name Lolić live in Croatia today, in 160 households. There were 430 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 10 percent. They are located in almost all Croatian counties, in 30 cities and 34 other places, mostly in Split (65), Beravci in Djakovo area (65), Zrnovnica (55), Zagreb (35), and in Solin (15).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over ten times, the first time 1930 in source Emigration Commission Zagreb.
