They are located in 10 Croatian counties, in 13 cities and 16 other places, mostly in Zagreb (20), Split (15), Milna on the Island of Brac (10), Solin (10), and in Sesvete (<10).

Family name Lekšić (including: Leksic , Leksich ) is present in three countries on two continents. "Leksich " is used by small number of people in the United States.
