Lavrić families are Croats and they are mostly from Herzegovina. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Herzegovina (Ljubuski area) and in Zagreb.
Prevalence
About 70 people with faimily name Lavrić live in Croatia today, in 40 households. There were 40 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 80 percent. They are located in 10 Croatian counties, in 19 cities and 12 other places, mostly in Zagreb (10), Sisak (<10), Split (<10), Slavonski Brod (<10), and in Bribir in Novi Vinodolski area (<10).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over five times, the first time 1902 in source Hartmann's General List of Apartments in Zagreb.
