Latić families are mainly Croats and they are mostly from Cazinska Krajina Region (Bosnia), often Bosniaks (also from Cazinska Krajina Region , Bosnia). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Cazins Region, Bosnia (Velika Kladusa area) and in Bosanian Posavina (Gradacac area).
Prevalence
About 70 people with faimily name Latić live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number more than tripled. They are located in 9 Croatian counties, in 12 cities and 14 other places, mostly in Svinica Krstinjska (15) and Gejkovac (10) in Duga Resa area, Slavonski Brod (<10), Donji Andrijevci in Djakovo area (<10), and in Zagreb (<10).
