About 10 people with faimily name Pariž live in Croatia today, in four households only. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in only four Croatian places: in Vrhovac Sokolovacki in Koprivnica area (<5), Zbandaj (<5), Porec (<5), and in Sveti Petar u Sumi in Pazin area (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over five times, the first time 1932 in source Emigration Commission Zagreb.
