Surname Krstanović in modern Croatia

Krstanović families are almost entirely Croats and they are mostly from western Bosnia , rarely Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Western Bosnia (Tomislavgrad area) and in Western Bosnia (Livno area). In places Sarajlije , Baljci and Šuica in Western Bosnia every eighth inhabitant had the family name Krstanović.
