Kondres families are Croats and they are mostly from Donja Stubica area. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Zagreb and in Donja Stubica area. In Hum Stubički in Donja Stubica area every twentieth inhabitant had the family name Kondres.
Prevalence
About 150 people with faimily name Kondres live in Croatia today, in 60 households. There were 170 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 10 percent. They are located in 9 Croatian counties, in 16 cities and 18 other places, mostly in Hum Stubicki in Donja Stubica area (20), Zagreb (15), Novoselec in Ivanic-Grad area (15), Slatina (10), and in Sesvete (<10).
