Koludrović families are Croats and they are mostly from the Island of Vis. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Split and Zagreb. In Stomorska on the Island of Solta every eighth inhabitant had the family name Koludrović.
Prevalence
About 150 people with faimily name Koludrović live in Croatia today, in 80 households. There were 160 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 10 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 11 cities and 7 other places, mostly in Split (45), Stomorska on the Island of Solta (25), Zagreb (20), Rijeka (15), and in Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula (10).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over twenty times, the first time 1825 in source Catholic Church Parish Records.
