In Croatia, Djordjić families are Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Doboj, Bosnia (Doboj area) and in Bosanian Posavina (Orasje area).
Prevalence
Only a few people with faimily name Djordjić live in Croatia today, in one household only. They are located in three Croatian cities only: in Split (<5), Vinkovci (<5), and in Vukovar (<5).
Outside Croatia
Family name Djordjić is present in 17 countries on four continents. The family name "Djordjic " is used by some 80 people in the United States , about 60 in Switzerland , and small number of people in Australia.
