In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Tuzla Region, Bosnia (Lukavac area) and in Bosanian Posavina (Bosanski Novi area). In Perovići in Middle Bosnia every fifth inhabitant had the family name Imširović.
