In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Tuzla Region, Bosnia (Srebrenik area) and in Middle Bosnia (Tesanj area). In Lipje in Tuzla Region (Bosnia) every third inhabitant had the family name Ibrić.
