They are located in four Croatian counties, four cities and two other places, mostly in Split (55), Dol on the Island of Brac (<10), Cavtat in Dubrovnik area (<5), Stari Grad on the Island of Hvar (<5), and in Zagreb (<5).
Outside Croatia
At least three families with this surname emigrated from Croatia to the United States. Family name Hrepić (including: Hrepic , Hrepich ) is present in 6 countries on three continents. The family name "Hrepic " is used by some 100 people in Chile and small number in the United States. "Hrepich " is used by some 50 people in Chile and small number in the United States.
