About 20 people with faimily name Franjin live in Croatia today, in 8 households. There were 30 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 40 percent. They are located in two Croatian counties, threee cities and threee other places, mostly in Nasice (<5), in Zmajevac (<5) and Baranjsko Petrovo Selo (<5) in Beli Manastir area, Samobor (<5), and in Beli Manastir (<5).

Family name Franjin is present in this form only in Croatia.
