Prevalence
About 60 people with faimily name Burmaz live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 70 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 20 percent. They are located in threee Croatian counties and two other places, mostly in Split (35), Solin (10), Podaca in Ploce area (10), Zagreb (<5), and in Kastel Stari (<5).
