Prevalence
About 30 people with faimily name Branežac live in Croatia today, in 14 households. There were 90 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased significantly. They are located in threee Croatian counties and 5 other places, mostly in Pakrac (<10), Osijek (<5), in Milanlug (<5) and Duboka (<5) in Pleternica area, and in Bilje in Osijek area (<5).
