Bradara families are mainly Croats and they are mostly from middle Bosnia , rarely Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Middle Bosnia (Kiseljak area) and in Bosanian Posavina (Derventa area). In Medovci in Middle Bosnia nearly every inhabitant had the family name Bradara.
Prevalence
About 50 people with faimily name Bradara live in Croatia today, in 20 households. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number multiplied. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 10 cities and 9 other places, mostly in Zagreb (10), Dugo Selo (<10), Kuljani in Hrvatska Kostajnica area (<10), Pula (<5), and in Velika Gorica (<5).
