Surname Biletić in modern Croatia
Biletić families are Croats and they are mostly from middle Bosnia. According to some sources they are from Herzegovina (Citluk, Yitomislic). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Pula and in Middle Bosnia (Kiseljak area). In Doci in Middle Bosnia every fifth inhabitant had the family name Biletić.
