In Croatia, Điđa families are Croats (from Dugo Selo area ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Zagreb and in Dugo Selo area.
Prevalence
About 10 people with faimily name Điđa live in Croatia today, in four households only. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in only two Croatian places: in Oborovo in Dugo Selo area (<10) and Zagreb (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned few times, the first time 1933 in source Emigration Commission Zagreb.
