In Croatia, Četić families are predominantly Croats (from Cazins Region (Bosnia) ), rarely Serbs. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Cazins Region, Bosnia (Bihac area) and in Bosnian Krajina (Prijedor area).
Prevalence
Only a few people with faimily name Četić live in Croatia today, in one household only. They are located in two Croatian counties, in one city and another small place , mostly in Zagreb (<5) and Vir in Nin area (<5).
