The Croatian Academy of America, Inc. is a nonprofit, educational organization. The main purpose of that organization is to educate the members and public generally concerning Croatian literature, culture, and history by sponsoring lectures on these subjects and by producing and causing to have published articles on these subjects in the organization’s journal.

The Croatian Academy of America, Inc. was founded in 1953 and incorporated in the State of New York on December 17, 1956.
