My father's mother is Ana Ceko also spelled Cecco because alot of people on Otok Unije spoke italian and mostly i think of being killed by mousolini, I know my grandmother's parents came from Dubrovnik, maybe elsewhere and worked on Otok Unije in the  tuna Canning Factory and such. My grandmother had a brother who died young . My grandmother had a set a twin boys but never married, she kept her name and gave one son a name Dinko domenik anton Ceko and Another son Vjekoslav luigi Ceko. both were in the military and in 1957/58 my twin father's brother died in a car crash. My dad married Luzarka(rosarija)kurta/dusevic-Ceko in 1957. IF more information needed, will add. my parents both died mom in 2015 and dad in 2007. my grandma in 1994,. all 10 children of my moms side dusevic are all passed away,last was her brother in 2016. we are 4 children one girl is me annamaria ceko kyriazis,married once before to joseph anthony martncic,he died 1994. i have 3 brothers a twin dinko j ceko and two older brothers luigi and marino the oldest ,im in astoria,ny and one in florida recently moved luigi.
