Žakule is located in the City of Vrbovsko, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County at an elevation of 418 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 0.69 km² (0.27 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 25 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Serbs (65%), but also Croats (35%).
