Vladisovo is located in the municipality Staro Petrovo Selo, in Slavonski Brod-Posavina County at an elevation of 392 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 11.25 km² (4.34 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 14 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
