Velušić is located in the City of Drniš, in Šibenik-Knin County at an elevation of 319 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 19.01 km² (7.34 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 91 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Croats (66%), but also Serbs (34%). Nearby places: Lišnjak, Razvođe, Trbounje, Tepljuh, Uzdolje, Siverić, Drniš, Badanj, Lukar and Biočić.
