Velinci is located in the municipality Kumrovec, in Krapina-Zagorje County at an elevation of 170 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.94 km² (0.75 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 103 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
