Veliki Vrh is located in the municipality Žumberak, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 364 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.68 km² (0.65 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 14 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Markušići, Vranjak Žumberački, Vukovo Brdo, Vlašić Brdo, Željezno Žumberačko, Jurkovo Selo, Drašći Vrh, Kostanjevac, Žamarija and Rude Pribićke.
