Veleniki is located in the City of Poreč, in Istra County at an elevation of 67 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.09 km² (0.81 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 109 inhabitants. It is largely populated by Croats (86%), but also Serbs (7%). Nearby places: Radoši kod Žbandaja, Mihelići, Antonci, Kadumi, Vrvari, Filipini, Kosinožići, Vržnaveri, Buići and Mušalež.
