Stara Vas is located in the City of Pag, in Zadar County at an elevation of 61 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 8.39 km² (3.24 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 92 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Vrčići, Dinjiška, Gorica, Povljana, Košljun, Smokvica, Vlašići, Miškovci, Lukovo Šugarje and Barić Draga.
