Šilješki is located in the municipality Konavle, in Dubrovnik-Neretva County at an elevation of 456 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.08 km² (1.58 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 22 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Drvenik, Brotnice, Gabrili, Stravča, Mihanići, Duba Konavoska, Jasenice, Uskoplje, Pridvorje and Čilipi.
