Šaševa is located in the City of Glina, in Sisak-Moslavina County at an elevation of 209 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 8.37 km² (3.23 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 26 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Serbs. Nearby places: Borovita, Hajtić, Balinac, Šibine, Mala Vranovina, Gornje Selište, Skela, Prijeka, Hrvatsko Selo and Buzeta.
