Sarovo is located in the municipality Generalski Stol, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 163 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.91 km² (0.74 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 11 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
