Rafaeli is located in the municipality Višnjan, in Istra County at an elevation of 150 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.84 km² (1.10 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only eight inhabitants left. It is mostly populated by Croats (75%), but also.
