Purgarija Čepić is located in the municipality Kršan, in Istra County at an elevation of 25 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.98 km² (0.76 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 230 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (91%), but also Bosniaks (3%).
