Poljanica Okićka is located in the municipality Klinča Sela, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 370 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.33 km² (1.67 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only six inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats.
