Podine is located in the City of Šibenik, in Šibenik-Knin County at an elevation of 220 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 8.82 km² (3.41 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 26 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Vrsno, Boraja, Lepenica, Mravnica, Perković, Vrpolje, Vinovac, Blizna Gornja, Danilo and Slivno.
