Pižinovac is located in the municipality Slivno, in Dubrovnik-Neretva County at an elevation of 2 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.35 km² (0.52 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only two inhabitants left. Nearby places: Lovorje, Raba, Tuštevac, Vlaka, Lučina, Slivno Ravno, Kremena, Mihalj, Buk-Vlaka and Duba.
