Najevi is located in the municipality Marina, in Split-Dalmatia County at an elevation of 82 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.62 km² (1.01 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 42 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Dograde, Vrsine, Poljica, Gustirna, Pozorac, Marina, Vinišće, Rastovac, Bristivica and Seget Vranjica.
