Merisce, Buje

Merišće is located in the City of Buje, in Istra County at an elevation of 245 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 5.04 km² (1.95 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 59 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Italians (58%), but also Croats (33%) and Montenegrins (4%). Nearby places: Momjan, Kaštel, Oskoruš, Bibali, Marušići, Plovanija, Triban, Brdo, Buje and Brič.
