Markoci is located in the municipality Sveta Nedelja, in Istra County at an elevation of 288 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.63 km² (1.40 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 80 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
